Follow up with transportation suppliers and warehouse suppliers to ensure that orders are shipped as scheduled, and advise customer of shipping details.
Process returns, credits and debits in SAP in accordance with existing procedures.
Coordinate imported products via the chain order process in SAP.
Coordinate orders with third party suppliers through the third-party order process in SAP.
Monitor the resolution of customer problems and/or complaints resulting from incorrect pricing, non-conforming products and other related issues.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School or GED and 3 to 5 years of prior experience in the areas of customer service, accounts payable, or order entry. Experience in export transportation or international business in the industrial chemical market is preferred. Import/Export experience is highly desired.

Plant Care:
* Ensure plant health by pruning, topping, skirting, and defoliating according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required.
* Moving plants in an orderly, time efficient manner from one area of the cultivation facility to another
* Moving Rockwool blocks for transplanting plants
* Transplanting clones to mom/prop blocks.
* Harvesting Plants in an orderly time efficient manner

Facility Cleaning:
* Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility, including the safe disposal of waste and mopping.

Primary Responsibilities
Answers Crisis Hotline/ 988 calls
Asks each crisis hotline caller required screening questions
Understands when to dispatch MRT (mobile response team)
Schedules crisis assessments or priority assessments
Demonstrates ability to de-escalate callers
Consults with supervisor about case interventions when needed
Assist clients with scheduling or program questions, medication refills, basic billing questions, over the phone payments, medical records.
Performs some receptionist duties
Verifies client demographic information
Maintains communication with the caller until the issue is resolved or question is answered.
Knowledgeable about agency policies and procedures
May be responsible for covering an evening shift and flex overtime.
Provides support to the clinical staff of the agency as needed. Types clinician correspondences, sends faxes, scans necessary documents to ECR and makes copies within one work day of receiving request to do so.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: In mental health /alcohol and drug field; at least one year in customer service position; at least one year working with multi-phone system.
Certification: First Aid, CPR, and Crisis training
Other: Ability to effectively communicate with clients and the public. Demonstrate data entry skills.
