Good pay. Generous bonus plans
Constant layoffs. Seemed like a new round every time there was any bad news at all which makes for an anxious environment
Salary and bonuses
It just changed again - not enough insight
Try sticking by your employees in tough times. Seems like we were always letting people go and hiring an letting go
Financial reports and web site
Pretty good. My pay increases by coming to Aetna
Not an issue. Teams were diverse
It’s insurance so…
Working from home
Micromanagement, too much pressure to make a 90 or above on each and every call, and if you don’t meet that metric, you don’t get a raise.
Reasonable insurance
I’ve never talked to the CEO, but I like my leadership team.
Do fun things to boost morale. Have group Meetings give out gift cards, really anything to help us create a bond
I did online research about the position and what it entailed, came up with questions to ask them As well.
I would say my compensation is below average. The ad said anywhere from 18.50 - 33/hour. I’ll be at 18.75 at least another year.
Fairly represented.
Having a member tell me I helped them today
Absolutely nothing
Abusive and toxic boss, unrealistic productivity expectations, quantity but not quality is prized, immediate boss/lead medical director has made it clear to myself and the other medical directors on the team to only read the nurses’ summaries instead of reading the actual medical records
Nothing
The hours and benefits were decent.
Not very much down time and breaks are short.
Not working on weekends and having a Discount card at CVS
Solid company with sound business principles
low pay
employee discounts at various retail stores
Environment/spaces are nice
Expensive benefits, minimal support from management when operational issues are existent, disorganized/antiquated systems
Vision - that is a great benefit
Sold company to work for.
Lack of training was unfortuate.
They treat employees well.
flexibility
not desired job. I wish I was more hands on in the field.
Health care/retirement/ stocks
Infant company at the time with great growth potential.
Stalled growth potential.
Working from home.
Transparency
Internal promotions
Monetary bonuses upon meeting production goals
