**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements**
+ 8 years of experience + Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning / Landscape Architecture / Architecture or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
+ Due to the nature of the work in this role, US citizenship is a requirement for this position
**Preferred Requirements**
+ 15+ years of experience with master planning /site planning products for military installations or other federal agencies
+ Strong understanding of US Military culture
+ Strong workshop facilitation skills
+ Ability to travel
+ AICP certification strongly preferred
+ Knowledge of federal planning regulations, including NEPA, Section 106, and other relevant statutes.
+ Proficiency in GIS software, CAD tools, and other urban planning technologies.

Estimator III - Water/Wastewater
supporting our diverse slate of projects and engineering estimate efforts. This position can be performed remotely, provided residency is currently within the continental United States.
The Estimator III will provide cost estimating support for our
Water/Wastewater, Environmental, Federal/Facilities, Transportation and Energy estimating efforts
. Estimates will vary from AECOM Estimate Classification Level 1-5 (conceptual to hard bid). Including detailed take-off, cost estimating, construction methodology, tact and approach, determination of crewing and productivity, proposal schedule generation, subcontractor/vendor solicitation and coordination, scope development, evaluation/comparison, bid day spreadsheets, bid report preparation, constructability reviews, value engineering. Travel to pre-bids and site visits.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS in Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, Construction Engineering or Construction Management plus 4 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Demonstrated experience in estimating projects from $200k to $100M.
Experience in environmental, heavy civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and federal facilities.
Proficiency in
Sage Timberline Estimating, Bluebeam
or Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite.
Position may require occasional 10% travel based on client/project requirements.
Preferred Requirements:
5-7 years Construction/Environmental experience with 5 years estimating.
Field experience and Federal contracting experience desired.

The Tetra Tech Denver Office is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Water Resources Engineer with an emphasis on analysis, design and construction administration support for dams and reservoirs; civil and green infrastructure; stormwater management; drainage and sediment control; hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, stream restoration, open channels, and flood control projects.
To support these efforts, the position requires modeling skills to complete a wide variety of challenging and complex hydrologic, hydraulic, and sediment transport analysis. Additional projects the position will support include floodplain management (levee design, certification and inspection; floodplain mapping; and restoration of floodplain connectivity), dam safety (hydrology studies, probable maximum flood analysis, dam break analysis, inundation mapping and preparation of emergency action plans), watershed management, and determination/mitigation of water resources project impacts.
Your Role:
* Perform hydrology studies in accordance with federal and state regulations for dam safety.
* Perform hydraulic modeling and hydraulic design of facilities including in-stream and floodplain restoration features such as bio-engineered and LWD projects, levees and levees setbacks, culverts/bridges, grade controls, and fish passage.
* Perform floodplain inundation studies.
* Perform hydrologic analyses to support restoration, floodplain management and other water resources projects.
* Perform sediment transport and scour analyses to support restoration and other water resources projects.
* Prepare project reports and perform oral presentations.
* Work with a multidisciplinary team including geotechnical and structural engineers, geomorphologists, biologists, planners; as well as other hydraulic and water resources engineers.
* Manage projects and task orders to technical and financial success.
* Supervise and delegate work to junior engineers and support staff as necessary to manage specific hydraulic engineering tasks within larger complex projects.
* Contribute to business development, marketing, proposal preparation efforts, and staff mentoring.
Qualifications:
* BS in Civil Engineering plus approximately 10+ years of experience in hydraulics and hydrology. A Master's Degree with specialization in hydraulics is preferred but not required.
* Professional Engineer license required (CO license preferred, required w/in 6 months of hire).
* Experience with 1-D steady and unsteady modeling such as HEC-RAS, HEC-GeoRAS, and similar.
* Experience with 2-D modeling (RAS-2D, FLO-2D, River Flow2D, ADH, SRH-2D and similar).

Summary:
This position provides technical support within the Canfield, Ohio office. Primary activities will be to provide technical support in the field for the completion of pavement design, roadway monitoring reports, culvert evaluation and geotechnical reports. A basic understanding of geotechnical engineering and pavement engineering is necessary. A working knowledge of ODOT and PENNDOT design specification and pavement management is recommended. This position will support environmental investigations within field and office settings, with the following general responsibilities:
* Completing field data collection activities, including soil, groundwater, and soil gas sampling.
* Conducting Phase I and Phase II environmental assessments, as well as UST closure and corrective action investigations.
* Logging and USCS classification of collected soil cores.
* Conducting asbestos surveys and lead-based paint inspections.
* Performing asbestos and lead paint abatement oversight activities.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal). Must also be highly motivated, customer focused, and work well in a team environment.

Assess the feasibility and soundness of proposed planning products, providing strategic insights to optimize project outcomes.
Technical Advisory and Compliance Oversight:
Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant on technical specialties related to urban planning, offering guidance on facility types, federal standards, and program functions.
Monitor and ensure compliance with federal guidance governing installation planning activities, mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Collaborative Leadership and Continuous Improvement:
Partner with Principal Planning leaders on all planning-related matters, leveraging expertise and experience to drive operational excellence.
Evaluate the operations and activities of assigned responsibilities, identifying areas for improvement and recommending modifications as needed to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
8 years of experience + Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning / Landscape Architecture / Architecture or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Due to the nature of the work in this role, US citizenship is a requirement for this position
Preferred Requirements
15+ years of experience with master planning /site planning products for military installations or other federal agencies
Strong understanding of US Military culture
Strong workshop facilitation skills
Ability to travel
AICP certification strongly preferred
Knowledge of federal planning regulations, including NEPA, Section 106, and other relevant statutes.
Proficiency in GIS software, CAD tools, and other urban planning technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with sustainability principles, smart growth strategies, and resilient design concepts is are among strongly preferred suite of skills.
