The IT Support Specialist (ITSS) Senior is an advanced level hourly position responsible for in-depth consumer support and troubleshooting of provider, clinician, technical and business professionals that use technology solutions to improve their work processes. This position provides accurate and timely support services for consumer devices. Senior support specialist is responsible for advanced services, including installing and troubleshooting all consumer-based hardware, software, and peripherals. This position is a direct interface to the customer on behalf of other Adventist Information Technology (AIT) technical teams and will provide advanced expertise local or remote support and troubleshooting. Provides advanced expertise to solve key business challenges or resolve software and device connectivity issues. Assists with configuration and troubleshooting of approved software, testing prototypes, new business evaluations and working directly with the vendor to solve critical issues. Essential job duties require participation in on call; use of a personal cell phone for voice and data communications; periodic weekend and night work; travel between locations to provide support as required.
The Senior position works under minimal supervision. This position leads medium to large sized projects and initiatives that are important to the physician, clinical and business workflow. Will make effective decisions regarding consumer-based equipment and work directly with unit leadership to solve problems or business critical issues. The role you'll contribute:

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) is responsible for the delivery of pre-hospital emergent and non-emergent care for their patient and/or group of patients. TheAEMT is also responsible for following policies and procedures and medical protocols while practicing within the scope of training. Must also utilize professional discretion and independent judgment, while practicing within the state, facility and regulatory guidelines.
The role you'll contribute:
· Responds to requests for emergency and non-emergency calls for service as dispatched by E-911 to provide efficient and acceptable care to ill and injured patients
· Performs assessment based on scope of training and medical protocols to determine and apply methods of treatment and transport.
· Operates the ambulance in a safe and professional manner while obeying traffic rules and regulations with regards to safety of occupants and all others.
· Completes patient care reports, checklist, daily duties and all other required documentation per established practices, guidelines and regulations.
· Follows all established policies, procedures, guidelines, objectives, medical protocols, safety protocols, environmental and infection control standards, both written and verbal to assure a safe and effective work environment.
· Assists personnel with a higher level of training to provide effective care.
· Provides exceptional customer service skills to patients, families, bystanders, other response agency personnel at all times.

General Summary:

Follows all infection control practices including: hand washing, standard precautions and protective attire
Utilizes the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure.
Uses and maintains cleaning and transportation equipment correctly and safely.
Reports safety hazards to the OR manager
Ensures all warmers are stocked with blankets and fluids; monitors the warming cabinets throughout the shift
Monitors and stocks hat, masks, bunny suits, booties, and linen
