Teach courses in disciplines such as marketing, finance, and accounting, depending on the candidate's background and department needs. Unless specifically indicated, classes are to be taught in the classroom on our Arden Hills, Minnesota campus. At Bethel, we offer classes that are 1, 2 or 4 credits. Adjunct load will vary based on capabilities of the Adjunct Professor and needs of the department. We pay $1,000 per credit hour for online courses and $1,250 per credit hour for in person or hybrid courses.
Responsibilities
Prepare course materials within the framework provided by the department, conduct and oversee all class activities, administer assessments, provide feedback to students, and submit final course grades to the University Registrar
Skills
Ability to present learning material clearly; strong organizational skills; potential for structuring courses in ways that clarify students' expectations and facilitate comprehension and engagement; strength in written and oral communication; and demonstrated reliability, which is necessary for providing timely and useful feedback on student work and being responsive to students outside of class time.

Job Description
The Department of Music at Augsburg University invites studio artist applications to teach applied lessons in 2025.
This search will establish a "pool" of instructors if such openings occur during Spring, Summer, or Fall of 2025. Applicants may be selected from this pool on an as-needed basis throughout the year.
Lesson needs vary by term. In addition to teaching at the undergraduate level, studio artistsare expected to respond to student questions through email and hold regularly scheduled office hours.
