Areas of specialization are open, including developmental psychology, health psychology, and applicants with expertise in advanced computational methodologies including applications of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to behavioral health, precision medicine, and/or the application of technology to mental health evaluation and intervention. The Program Director will be expected to work with University Leadership in spearheading collaborations with Programs across LIU that share a focus on advancing precision medicine and health care in the digital age. The Program Director will also be involved in the development of Academic Tracks within the Psychology Department (and in collaboration with other related programs at LIU) focused on advancing Quantitative Methods and their application to Psychological Science.
