The Role
We're building something special in the fintech space, taking the headache out of back-office financial operations for startups and SMBs. And as we strengthen our marketing team, we need someone who can build our presence through strategic partnerships and events.
In this role, you'll drive growth through interconnected channels: partnerships, events, and sponsorships. You'll nurture relationships with key partners, create compelling virtual events, and secure strategic sponsorships that establish our brand in the fintech ecosystem. Critical to success is your ability to work closely with our sales team to ensure smooth handoff and conversion of partner-sourced opportunities.

Using all three channels to educate founders and business owners about the value of outsourced accounting services
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development
Develop a clear partner marketing strategy and budget allocation framework
Work with our Partner Development team to nurture relationships with strategic partners (VC firms, tech platforms, service providers, ecosystem builders)
Create and manage co-marketing campaigns that benefit both parties
Create joint thought leadership content
Find creative ways to expand reach through partner channels, especially their exclusive communities
Identify and evaluate a small number of sponsorship opportunities with partners
Event Strategy and Execution
Plan and produce virtual and in-person events that showcase our expertise
Coordinate brand presence and activation inside virtual communities and sponsored events
Create compelling event content and promotional materials
Coordinate speakers, topics, and session flow
Handle technical and operational aspects of event production
Design and execute post-event engagement strategies
Build repeatable processes for program management
About You
You've got 7+ years experience focused on partnerships or events, sponsorship or community marketing experience is a bonus

The base pay range target for the role seniority described in this job description is $106k - $215k in most remote locations, and between $133k - $215k in San Francisco, CA and New York City, NY. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors such as candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, total compensation, and market data. In addition to cash pay, full-time regular positions are eligible for equity, 401(k), health benefits, and other benefits; some of these benefits may be available for part-time or temporary positions.

THE WORK:
We're looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial business-to-business (B2B) focused Product Marketing Lead to build a robust ecosystem of strategic partners that accelerate the growth of Ripple's suite of payments, stablecoin, and digital asset custody products.
In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, marketing, business development, and regional leaders to develop a go-to-market (GTM) strategy to acquire and engage partners across various verticals, including but not limited to: centralized exchanges, payments service providers, banks, and cloud platforms.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading product marketing and/or strategic partnerships for crypto-focused products in a quickly evolving, start-up environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead development of the partner go-to-market strategy, including target partner segments and personas, value propositions, use cases, geographic focuses, and partner journeys in collaboration with product, business development, and marketing.
Create compelling, differentiated messaging and positioning, with a clear understanding of the core components/value propositions of Ripple's product portfolio.
Increase awareness of Ripple's product portfolio among prospective partners and industry leaders.
Drive partner engagement by influencing well-rounded marketing initiatives, programs, and campaigns working with the broader marketing, design, comms, and developer growth teams.
Optimally lead the strategy, coordination, and execution of fast-paced product launches and initiatives.

8+ years of work experience in Product Marketing within an ambitious environment

As a GTM Strategy Manager within an advertising platform, you will lead the development and execution of Fandom's proactive advertising solutions, packages and products for the advertising marketplace. What you'll do:
Manage the day-to-day operations for our paid search marketing strategy, setting up campaigns, optimizing bids, ad copy, landing pages, and more.

Think big picture, dig into the data, uncover trends and communicate findings to the team and key stakeholders across the business.
Monitor and report on daily SEM portfolio performance using our in-house SEM systems and conduct analysis and investigations using Excel, Tableau, and SQL.
Create a roadmap for continual innovative testing to drive growth and ongoing optimization to drive efficiencies and achieve performance targets.

What it takes to succeed:
4+ years of experience using Google Adwords and Bing Ads with large keyword portfolios and at least high 6 figure to 7 figure monthly search budgets required.
Deep understanding of automated search bidding strategies including tCPA & tROAS required.
Exceptional analytical capabilities and the ability to turn trends into actionable insights and hypotheses.
Advanced proficiency with Excel is a must (e.g. Power user leveraging Vlookups, pivot tables). Ability to use SQL and Python is a big plus.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science, etc.).
Excellent leadership and collaboration skills (e.g., communicating, coordinating, building consensus, influencing without authority, listening, being open to other perspectives).

What you'll be doing…
The primary responsibility of this role is to take the data related to a customer request and key that data into various quoting systems. This role is responsible to ensure that all services are quoted against all addresses provided in its entirety. The quoter will need to ensure the accuracy of the output against the originating data requirements prior to sending the output quote to sales for customer presentation. This role may also be responsible for filling out a customer facing spreadsheet with the pricing information obtained from our systems.
As a secondary responsibility in this position, the Quoting Deal Strategist would have ownership of custom programs throughout a deal lifecycle (Deal Readiness) up and until order submission (Implementation Assurance). This role will lead discussions around on-boarding efficiencies, strategies, and quoting all while documenting and communicating updates to various teams. You must be motivated to gain a deep understanding of the end to end process flow of a deal and associated processes required to drive a customer solution to operational readiness upon contract signature, and execute the orders according to a structured project plan.
This role will transform the way we manage and win new business by:
* Managing the deal risks and quotes throughout the deal lifecycle
* Aligning key stakeholders to timelines and challenges
