The Vice President of Product for Learner Navigation is a strategic leadership role focused on enhancing the market presence of a B2C challenger brand in a duopoly. The role drives growth through innovative product development, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, business model innovation, and improved customer experience and support strategies.
This position requires a forward-thinking leader who can align product development with market trends, customer needs, and business growth objectives while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
The finalist will be hired at the salary and level commensurate with their qualifications. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary in the range of $190,000 to $235,000. ACT manages salaries within the range based on relevant factors including, skills, experience, and internal equity. The position is incentive eligible.

A Day in the Life:
Develop and lead a compelling product portfolio vision and strategy for multiple B2C assessment, education, and career/college exploration products and services that aligns with the overall business goals and drives sustainable growth.
Own and strengthen P&L of the product line, with an estimated annual portfolio revenue responsibility of $100 million.
Lead the cross-functional B2C POD team that defines, prioritizes and executes on product roadmaps and initiatives, ensuring products are developed and launched on time and within budget.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to launch and refine successful GTM strategies that maximize product adoption, customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Build, mentor and lead a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Build market expertise and a strong voice of customer program to identify trends and opportunities, inform product decisions , enhance user experience, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Establish key performance indicators to measure product performance and success.
Champion ongoing transition to a Product Operating Model.
Provide thought leadership through speaking engagements, published content, and strategic partnerships to drive brand awareness and credibility.
Keep executive team informed and aligned with regularly report on product performance and strategic initiatives
Role Progression:
Within 1 month you will have a solid understanding of the ACT National Learner Navigation Market and product portfolio and how it fits within the organization level strategies and initiatives. You will be getting to know the cross-functional POD team, the current state of work the team is focused on, and the product operating model we use. You also will have started to develop relationships with individuals across the organization who you will be partnering with on a regular basis.
Within 3 months you will be evolving and sharing the Learner Navigation vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will start to investigate new product initiatives for delivering value and growing revenue in the ACT National space. You will have developed solid engagement and collaboration with the team as well as internal and external stakeholders.
Within 6 months are demonstrating a measurable business impact as you have been prioritizing and executing on the product roadmap.
About You:
At least 10 years of progressively responsible product management leadership, including demonstrated success growing B2C products in education, assessment, or comparable markets.
Experience driving profitability and revenue growth of product lines at or exceeding $100M through a mature product operating model.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and that drives business growth.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
Passion for innovation and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a talent for building relationships across all levels of the organization.
Hands-on leader with ability to lead and inspire product and cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Skills and knowledge required for success in this position attained through experience, education (bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related area of study), or a combination of both.
Preferred Qualifications:
Product management leadership with a focus on high school to postsecondary transition and with education, career, and/or assessment industry products and services.

Description & Requirements Maximus is currently hiring for Call Center Agents to join our Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team. This is a remote opportunity. The Call Center Agent is responsible for screening all incoming VES calls, as well as directing courteous, educated information to both Veterans and providers alike.
This position will start training on Monday May 19, 2025.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Properly authenticate each caller before verifying or releasing any information.
- Place outgoing and receive incoming calls to and from Veterans regarding compensation and pension exams.

- Properly modify changes and document information in OMS.

Description & Requirements The Counsel, Student Loan Compliance will oversee the Compliance Management System, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective operation. In addition, this person will manage the maintenance of risk assessments for Department of Education programs, review and revise compliance standard operating procedures, and provide legal support for compliance issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess, update, and oversee the operation of the company's Compliance Management System, including regulatory change management, consumer complaint response, and audit remediation.
- Manage the maintenance of the Company's regulatory risk assessment for the Department of Education programs.
- Review, update, and revise compliance standard operating procedures.
- Provide legal guidance for the tracking, response to, and management of identified compliance issues.
- Review training materials; operational policies and procedures; regulatory compliant responses; and borrower-facing materials to ensure these materials align with contractual requirements, federal law, and state law.

Description & Requirements The Business Analyst intern will work closely with Health Operations Support and Stabilization (HOSS) colleagues and collaborate with data and operational professionals to draft requirements, complete PM tasks such as tracking action logs, risk registers, and timelines, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine business initiatives' success. The position also analyses process performance using existing reporting capabilities in order to detect process performance problems and define improvements.

The Analyst is responsible for assisting in the development of all formal process documentation which includes process models, business requirements traceability matrixes, and use case documentation. The position facilitates discussion among process stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements, process design, and business intelligence needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform impact assessments on process design, business requirements, and key process performance metrics that may result from proposed changes in policy or operational need.
- Evaluates the impact of systems and operation workflow changes to production reports and associated data analyses.
- Identify key measures and indicators of process performance used in process - centric reporting, how they will be presented to process stakeholders, and the actions needed to improve or correct performance.
- Understand and interpret reports and data and applies appropriate analytical technique and derives meaning and insight from resulting measurement.
- Establish effective and efficient formal and informal dialogue with systems analysts and subject matter experts to facilitate the understanding, clarification, and implementation of requirements and reporting needs in an agile development environment.
- Determine how a process should work and how changes in conditions, operations, systems, and other factors will affect outcomes.

- Provide guidance, background information, and assistance to management and other staff on the interpretation and effective use of process models and other analysis artifacts.
Minimum Requirements
- Actively enrolled in an accredited college program and pursuing a degree in a related field
- May have additional training or education in area of specialization.

- Strong communication skills and presentation skills.
- Experience working and collaborating remotely, preferred
