ACR Homes is an amazing company. They provide excellent care to their residents with highly trained staff. The job is perfect for students and those hoping to gain something more from a job. The job allows one to make connections and experience something new. I have learned so much from the people I work with and am grateful for everyday I go into work. Not many people can say that! One of their core values is respect. That shines through with both staff and residents.
The work is hard. There is a learning curve but if you make it through the training, you learn so much! Work hard! It’s worth it!
The residents are the best part. Love taking them out to do fun everyday activities. Zoo, coffee, sporting events.. love it all!
