ORC Investigators (HDI-Home Depot Investigations) are responsible for the direction and support of Organized Retail Crime (ORC) investigations within a specified area of the company. ORC Investigators will work with various business partners (Corporate Security, dot com, RDO's, APM's and APS') and leverage all available investigative tools to eliminate and reduce company exposure to external theft. Deploys Resources (Covert/Overt Surveillance Equipment, product tracking, etc.) under the partnership of the SSC Corporate ORC Manager(s). Utilize information from systems reports and databases to identify and communicate criminal activity impacting company assets. Gathers Intelligence internally and externally and presents to Law Enforcement for prosecution. Work with ORC Analyst to review all POS and Non POS exception report data to identify potential ORC Theft/Fraud issues within the assigned regions
* 35% Case Management/Packaging and building cases. Updates Case Management System weekly. Develops detailed investigative plans to help bring cases to resolution at the appropriate scope and pace. Mobile Service Mechanic

Candidates must reside within a 20-mile radius of Tempe, AZ Schedule: Sunday - Thursday (Off Friday & Saturday); 9:30am - 6:00pm with 50% travel. The Mobile Service Mechanic maintains a fleet of Home Depot-owned rental equipment, by conducting routine visits to Home Depot stores and customer job sites within their market. These mechanics are responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on light rental construction equipment, with an emphasis on preventive maintenance. They may also order needed parts, respond to service calls, and at times assist with equipment deliveries and pickups. This position reports directly to the next-level manager for their region.
The Mobile Service Mechanic is also referred to as a Mobile Service Technician (MST).
Key Responsibilities:
* 10% Communication - Trains Home Depot store associates and customers in the proper operation of the equipment and large equipment operating procedures. Adhere to all safety requirements particular to equipment including Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
* 40% Compliance: Safety & Department of Transportation - Maintain Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) certifications. Maintains accurate parts inventory in vehicle or shop location. An Inventory Associate is responsible for cycle counting, justification and accuracy of all distribution locations.
Responsibilities
Ability to locate all physical locations.
Verify quantity, item, and description.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, use of calculator helpful.
Ability to lift up to 50-pound boxes and remain on feet for entire shift.
Ability to us a handheld device (RF unit) and computer
Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and communicate in a timely fashion.
Confer and correspond with manager to rectify problems, such as damages, invalid UPCs, and transacting zero qty on hand inventory.
Follow proper administration and general confidentiality, safety and security procedures and standards.
Actively promote an environment and culture focused on customer service, safety, diversity, and teamwork.
Qualifications
High reach forklift/Cherry picker experience required.
Ability to work to be exposed to cold temperatures in the winter and hot temperatures in the summer.
Minimum of 1 year of Inventory experience.
Possess good communication skills.
Exhibit basic problem-solving skills, to determine root cause, and propose possible solution.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Experience using RF devices.
Good computer skills.
Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred but not required.

POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibilities of the Business-to-Business Specialist are to coordinate and maintain the activities of general Business-to-Business sales, while building and maintaining customer relationships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
The minimum requirements for this position include the following:
* Education/Training: High School degree, some college preferred. Possess a vast product knowledge of consumable products along with a willingness to learn.
* Experience: Outside sales and marketing experience with retail programs, establishing relationships and new accounts, and other promotional activities.
* Experience in retail environment either in marketing, sales, or back office.
* Skills/Knowledge: Excellent quantitative and computer skills. Analytical and pricing knowledge with the ability to conduct comparison analysis and make sound decisions.
* Knowledge of retail computer systems, MS Word, and Excel a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
* Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evening, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The minimum physical requirements for this position include:
* Ability to stand for an extended period of time.
* Move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting and perform all functions as set forth.
