Role Description As an Experience Design Director, you'll own the design practice and delivery across one or more accounts. Basic Qualifications These are the minimum requirements for an aspirant to be considered for the position applying to: + 10+ years' experience in Product Design across varied users and business problems. + 5+ years leadership/management experience; demonstrated experience leading multiple cross-discipline teams. + 5+ year of experience planning, designing, facilitating, and synthesizing workshops. + 5+ years' experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes. + 5+ years of experience growing and managing client relationships and selling work. + Design Portfolio must be submitted with application.
