Wide variety of training opportunities; good co-workers and kind management; adequate dining facility; overtime opportunities.

Cons of working at A. O. Smith

Equipment in sore need of repair and often total replacement. This company expects you to perform to a high degree of precision with totally busted junk from the 1980s. It's ridiculous.

A. O. Smith Benefits

This company will hire you on directly if you put in the effort and give them a chance. Once there, you will have a generous benefits package. They do take care of their own.
