Position Summary:
The Facilities Administrative Assistant is responsible for daily clerical & administrative duties such as filing, data entry, invoice downloads/research, processing and distributing department documents, faxes and mail.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
Updating various spreadsheets, graphs and charts
Reviewing and processing incoming communications and filing/distribute as necessary
Auditing and reconciling invoices for payment statuses and communicate with vendors
Processing and filing inspections and documents received internally
Downloading, saving electronically and logging utility invoices
Processing US Mail, scanning, distributing via email
Assisting with processing Facility Maintenance Website requests, data and logging necessary readings to spreadsheets
Updating and assisting with maintaining the Parking Admin Database, assigning and sending out parking tags
To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following:
HS diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel and MS Outlook and working with/editing/creating PDF documents
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Position Summary:
The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for assisting other Pyle employees in the use of Pyle PCs, systems, mobile devices, printers and software. The Help Desk Technician will also will be responsible for assisting Pyle Customers in their use of Pyle's websites and web-based applications.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
Performing Setup, configuration and installation of PC's Laptops, Tablets, Printers, Mobile Devices and software
Setting up and configuring Dock management tablets and devices
Resolving daily resolution of PC, Printer, Network, Mobile Device, Windows, and Windows application problems
Assisting with the rollout of Windows 10, Unix and network administration
Undertaking of IT related assignments, as directed
Responding to and resolving Help Desk phone calls and email requests while following any process or procedures put in place
Assisting the network and infrastructure teams in running cable and patching cables, occasional overnight travel to other locations may be necessary
To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following:
1-3 years of experience; Associates degree in Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent technical school training and/or experience
In-depth knowledge of Windows, TCP/IP (Certifications optional). Unix administration is a plus but not required
Must have strong organizational skills
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Must have strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Supporting users to understand their processes could include long periods of standing in a cross-dock environment
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift, handle and set up PC's, PC monitors, and related equipment on a regular basis (50-75 lbs.)

Summary

Summary

Perform Rail audits on new vehicle

Job Summary

Proper securing of freight with airbags and cardboard, as well as using straps, is crucial to prevent damage during transport. The dock worker position directly impacts the reliability of deliveries to customers.
Primary Responsibilities
* Load and unload freight on trailers using a motorized forklift, pallet jack or manually in compliance with state and federal DOT guidelines. Use various loading techniques, such as loading tight or cross loading.
* Transport self and/or freight continuously throughout the service center on non-forgiving surfaces.
* Utilize Dock Yard Management System to consistently monitor freight shipment locations throughout the service center.
* Read and interpret shipping labels. Familiarity with, and in some cases ability to complete the various forms utilized in freight movement such as shipping orders, city stripping manifests, freight bills, overage/damage movement reports and exception forms.
* Hand load, rewrap or stack freight as necessary.

Will be required to operate all types of equipment to perform all safety functions, including, but not limited to, operating manual transmission, chaining tires, etc. and must be skilled and qualified to drive in all types of terrain, routes and environmental conditions.
Responsible for safely operating a tractor/trailer in the transportation of freight in accordance with Company, Federal, State and Local laws with regard to run times and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations
Must adhere to all FMCSA requirements of those holding a Commercial Driver's License
Maintain records required with compliance with local, state and federal regulations
Comply with all requirements for safe and legal transportation of hazardous materials
Insure security of equipment and cargo
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safe working conditions of the tractor and trailer prior to each trip and at the end of each trip
